Matt Conway

A Charleston native, Matt has a year experience as a licensed massage therapist. Matt enjoys helping clients relax as they experience a massage. He knows just how relaxing massages can be; he enjoys deep tissue to any other massage. Outside of the Old South, Matt loves to travel. He’s an outdoorsman of sorts, spending much of his time surfing, hiking, biking, running, snowboarding, fishing and playing soccer.

Autumn Parham
Autumn just recently moved back to South Carolina, after spending many years in Crested Butte, CO. While out west, she obtained a B.A. in Kinesiology and later studied massage therapy at the Mountain Heart School of Massage and Bodywork, where she graduated with over 850 hours. She has been a massage therapist for three years and specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, and sports massage. Practicing massage is a huge part of her life and seeing the positive effects that it has on all of her clients has become life-changing.
Stephanie Delaney
Stephanie, a Kentucky native, moved to Charleston in 1996 to pursue a degree in physical therapy. Deciding to try massage therapy instead, she knew immediately that is was her calling. She’s been practicing for the last 13 years and has developed her own unique style of a deep Swedish massage. Long flowing movements provide a sense of continuity which aid in the relaxation aspect and the pressure and attention to trigger points provide the therapeutic aspect...great "gain" with as little "pain" as possible for a totally enjoyable experience. Stephanie enjoys baking and eating and walking her rescue dog Jack. You may have seen her running the beautiful bridges in the area, or maybe you’ve taken one of her yoga classes. Stephanie is a certified yoga instructor, with Hot or Bikram yoga being her favorite.
Lisa Colitte
After working as the massage therapist for the 2010 Charleston Battery, Lisa joined Old South to continue her work as a massage therapist. With a degree in Historic Preservation from the College of Charleston, she very much appreciates the atmosphere at Old South Barber Spa as well as working in downtown Charleston. Lisa enjoys meeting people from all over the world and from all walks of life, and she is always curious to learn new things. Lisa considers herself to be an "integrative" massage therapist, incorporating various massage techniques to meet the needs of her clients.
